Our Staff

Staff Qualifications

Our teachers and associate teachers are highly qualified by the virtue of their formal education and their experience with children, either with Child Development Associate credentials or a degree in education or a related field. Most of our teachers have a degree in early childhood development and/or are working toward a degree in education. Each staff member is carefully screened prior to employment and all participate in ongoing training throughout the year.

Our Executive Director

Brenda Pate has worked in Christian Education for the past 8 years. During that time she has been in the classroom and successfully served as Director of a growing, innovative Preschool. Prior to this, she worked as a Counselor for the State of Georgia working with adults. Brenda is married and has one child. Brenda states, “I truly enjoy the challenge of working with children at an early age. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing children grow spiritually, academically and socially. Working in concert with the parent is paramount to a successful early start.” Brenda’s love for children is evidenced by her unwavering commitment to preparing the whole child for success in their world. “All children deserve respect, love and to be nurtured into a loving relationship with Jesus Christ.”
